Helping People is a Privilege

With over 20 years of experience, I provide a personalized, non-judgmental approach with a focus on empowering you.

Treatment is targeted to help you identify and reach your goals. I draw from a variety of perspectives including…

  • EMDR

  • Cognitive Behavior Therapy

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and

  • the Trauma Resiliency Model.

My extensive experience working with women, and folks in the LGBTQIA+ community, aids me in working with folks when they feel overwhelmed, are experiencing dissatisfaction in relationships, life transitions, trauma, and anxiety.

My goal is to help you stop living life at a frenzied pace and start guiding you to where things feel joyful again.

Like those whom I work with, I have experienced the joys and pains that life presents.

My own personal work in therapy has shown me first hand how beneficial the process can be.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker because I love supporting people in stepping into their best self. My passion is empowering others. I work with you to draw on your strengths to create change & thrive in your life.

In my free time, you'll find me in the woods, in the garden or on the soccer field. I love playing and laughing with my exuberant kiddo, and our cats and dog.

As a therapist, I believe...

  • that you deserve to feel better

  • you are worthy of love and care

  • change is possible when you allow yourself the space to do the work

  • you are strong enough to be present with what you may be going through

  • that sometimes small steps in the right direction end up being the biggest steps in the end
